Flora Medica Is a set of hand-forged steel screens installed alongside two three-story stairwells in the Headquarters of the Association of American Medical Colleges in Washington DC. The detail shown here, on the 10th floor, shows a Compass Flower, one of several plants included in the artwork with former, current, or possibly future medicinal uses.
